If every town in the entire world donated a truck-load of their finest soil or igneous rocks and dumped it off the Israeli coast, a peninsula equal in size to Israel could be built, and resolve the land and sovereignty issues between Jews and Palestinians. The leader of each country would then meet in the middle of the neutral two-lane road named "Resolution Highway" which would connect the two pieces of land, and one of them would call heads or tails as the Secretary General flips a coin of their choosing. Jerusalem would become neutral property of the UN. Sounds too simple. Too easy. Anyone have a better idea?
